摘    要:规划领域中时空行为研究的兴起和数字化技术的成熟,使冠以人本主义之名的空间设计不再流于对笼统、泛化的行为需求做出模式化的回应,而是能够尝试深入到关系复杂的细颗粒层面去重新解读需求以及实现需求,这为探索人类活动与城市环境之间的精细耦合提供了契机。在此背景下,本文将以怀柔科学城总体城市设计为例,开展基于使用主体时空行为适应性的方案评价分析:通过建立时空行为适应性评价标准、搭建数字化分析工具、构建评价分析的框架流程,对总体城市设计成果中与研究目的相关的要素进行评价分析。结果显示:方案适应了使用主体部分行为需求,在午间出行和夜间出行方面未能较好地满足,应对方案中相关设施的布局提出优化建议。

Abstract:With the rising of space-time behavior research and the maturity of digital technology in planning,spatial design in the name of humanism can re-understand and realize the behavioral needs in the complicated relationship rather than stay at stereotypical response to ambiguous and general needs,which provides an opportunity for the exploration of the fine coupling between human activities and urban environment.In this background,this paper conducts an evaluation on the overall urban design plan of Huairou Science City based on the users’ space-time behavioral adaptability,which includes establishing the evaluation standards,constructing the digital analysis tool,working out the evaluation framework,and conducting the evaluation on the related elements from the plan.Results show that the plan adapts to parts of the users’ behaviors,while fails to adapt to the travel behavior at noon and at night.Suggestions should be proposed to optimize the layout of the relevant facilities.
