内蒙古某大型铜钼矿新型铜抑制剂探索试验研究

摘    要:内蒙古某大型铜钼矿分离入选铜品位在20%左右、钼品位在1.0%左右,降低铜钼分离药剂成本作为降本增效的突破口,联合某科研院所共同开展铜钼分离新药剂的研究与开发,新型抑制剂是一种新型低毒抑铜的有机药剂,用量少,无污染,易分解等优点。根据科研院所提供新型抑制剂试验数据开展乌山小型试验验证。主要是针对提供的新型抑制剂药剂制度开展条件试验并与生产现场铜钼分离药剂制度下的铜钼分离指标进行对比,使铜钼分离各项指标稳定并提高;新型抑制剂铜钼分离闭路试验最终得到钼作业回收率为90.17%,钼中含铜0.858%,含钼41.670%的钼精矿,钼精质量优于现有铜钼分离药剂制度(硫氢化钠与M8)指标。

Abstract:A large-scale copper molybdenum mine in Inner Mongolia has a copper grade of about 20%and a molybdenum grade of about 1.0%.Reducing the cost of copper molybdenum separation agent is a breakthrough to reduce cost and increase efficiency.A research institute is jointly engaged in the research and development of a new agent for copper molybdenum separation.The new inhibitor is a new organic agent with low toxicity and copper suppression,with advantages of small dosage,no pollution and easy decomposition.According to the new inhibitor test data provided by the scientific research institute,Wushan small-scale test verification was carried out.The main purpose is to carry out the condition test for the new inhibitor agent system and compare it with the copper molybdenum separation index under the copper molybdenum separation agent system at the production site,so as to stabilize and improve the copper molybdenum separation indexes;the closed-circuit test of the new inhibitor copper molybdenum separation finally obtains the molybdenum operation recovery rate of 90.17%,the molybdenum concentrate containing 0.858%copper and 41.670%molybdenum,and the molybdenum concentrate quality is superior to the existing one Indicators of reagent system(sodium hydrosulfide and M8)for separation of copper and molybdenum.
