摘    要:为解决304H与310S在焊接过程中产生的裂纹问题,从焊接前焊材的选择、焊接时焊接方法与焊接工艺的制定,以及焊后焊接接头的力学性能和金相组织等多方面对两者的焊接性进行试验研究,得到了更加切合实际并能指导生产的焊接工艺.

Abstract:In order to find out the causes of welding cracks in the process of welding 304H and 310S steels,the weldabilities of 304H and 310S were studied respectively,and the weldability between 304H and 310S were studied,including the choosing of welding materials,welding method,welding procedure,properties and metallographic structure of welded joints.The welding procedure that was appliable and could be used to guide the production was obtained.
