电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定粗锡中的铋量

摘    要:采用盐酸、硝酸、氟化物、氢溴酸-盐酸混酸和高氯酸溶解,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定粗锡中铋的含量,比较了加盐酸-氢溴酸混酸不同次数下用基体匹配法和直接法在消除基体干扰下的测定结果。其中以氢溴酸盐酸混酸加入3次测定的铋的准确度、精密度较高,测得的结果与原子吸收光谱法(AAS)和EDTA滴定法一致。

Abstract:Bismuth content in crude tin was determined by ICP-AES with hydrochloric acid,nitric acid,fluoride,hydrobromic acid-hydrochloric acid and perchloric acid.The results were compared under different times of hydrobromic acid-hydrochloric acid with matrix matching method and direct method without matrix interference.the accuracy and precision of bismuth determined by adding hydrobromic acid-hydrochloric acid for three times were higher,and the found result s were consistent with Atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS)and EDTA titration.
