电力作业远程监控系统中视频的优化传输方法

摘    要:针对当前电力系统现场作业监管的弊端,设计开发电力在线作业远程监控指挥系统。现场视频通过无线网络经由服务器回传至指挥中心,由于无线网络带宽的稳定性无法保证视频传输的实时性,视频图像传输存在延时长、丢帧严重等现象。为解决视频传输实时性和完整性的难题,提出一种基于帧相似度的视频优化传输方法。该方法根据H.264压缩编码方式的特点,分类标记帧间相似度参数,以区分帧重要性;同时实时监测网络带宽变化,提出基于优先级的视频帧传输调度算法Prio-Drop算法,保证重要帧的实时传输。实验表明该优化传输方法显著提高了传输视频的解码质量,并达到实时性的要求,为提升电力监管力度、强化应急指挥能力提供技术指导。

Abstract:According to the existing problems in the supervision of on-site operation in electrical power systems,an on-site operation monitoring and command system is designed.The on-site video is transmitted to command center via servicers by wireless networks.However,the real-time transmission of video can't be guaranteed due to the instability of wireless networl bandwidth,The video transmission delay is long and the frames are lost scriously.In order to make the video transmission real-time and integriy,a video opimal transmission method considering the frame similarity is proposed in this paper.Firstly,on the basis of the characteris of H.264 video coding mode,the frame similarity parameter is marked to disinguish the frame importance.The network bandwidth changes arethen monitored in real time and the Prio Drop scheduling algorithm is employed,so the important frames can be transmitted in advance.Finally,a test is included for verification.It is shown that the proposed optimal transmission method can improve the decoding quality of transmitted video,and achieve the requirements of real-time video transmission.It also provides a technical guidance to enhance the power supervision and strengthen the emergency command.
