摘    要:人为因素作为影响冶炼厂动力车间锅炉压力容器定期检验缺陷处理结果的主要原因,现有对常见缺陷处理方法主要以检修人员经验为依据,无法对锅炉压力容器内部缺陷进行精准处理,因此提出冶炼厂动力车间锅炉压力容器定期检验中的常见缺陷处理。设计一种无损检测方法,通过获取锅炉压力容器性能系数,根据其使用实际情况,获取压力容器中存在缺陷函数,完成压力容器安全性评定,根据其缺陷安全性程度作出相应处理。设计仿真实验,在同一实验条件下对比设计缺陷处理方法与人工处理方法的处理结果,证明设计有效性。

Abstract:Human factors are the main reasons that affect the defect treatment results of regular inspection of boiler and pressure vessel in power workshop of smelter.The existing treatment methods of common defects are mainly based on the experience of maintenance personnel,which can not accurately deal with the internal defects of boiler and pressure vessel.Therefore,the common defect treatment in regular inspection of boiler and pressure vessel in power workshop of smelter is proposed.A non-destructive testing method is designed to obtain the performance coefficient of boiler and pressure vessel,obtain the defect function in pressure vessel according to its actual situation,complete the safety assessment of pressure vessel,and make corresponding treatment according to its defect safety degree.In the same experimental condition,the simulation experiment is designed to compare the treatment results of the design defect treatment method and the manual treatment method,which proves the effectiveness of the design.
