冷轧钛带卷裂纹缺陷分析

摘    要:对冷轧钛带卷典型裂纹缺陷进行了统计分类,采用化学分析、能谱分析、电镜扫描、硬度检测、金相组织观察对裂纹缺陷进行分析,揭示了冷轧钛带卷裂纹缺陷产生的原因.结果表明,钛卷基体铁元素、氧元素、氮元素含量偏高均可导致冷轧钛带卷出现裂纹缺陷.

Abstract:The typical,crack defects of cold-rolled titanium coil were statistically classified here.Through the methods of chemical analysis,energy spectrum analysis,electron microscope scanning,hardness test and metallographic observation,the causes of the defects were revealed.The results showed that the high element contents of Fe,0 and N in the base of titanium could can possibly lead to crack defects in cold rolled titanium coil.
