节能技术在铜冶炼中的应用研究

摘    要:随着节能技术研究的不断深入,针对传统的铜冶炼方法存在的耗能较大的问题,以下开展了基于节能技术的铜冶炼方法设计的研究。首先使用节能烧嘴代替传统的煤炭烧嘴,使用清洁能源代替传统的不可再生能源,降低燃料供给的传送压力。其次,结合铜冶炼的流程,引入节能双模式切换模式,设置转炉循环冶炼功能,调节燃料的多种供给方式。最后采用设计对比实验的方式验证该方法在实际应用中可有效的降低能源消耗量,因此在后期的发展中,应加大节能技术在铜冶炼方法中的应用。

Abstract:With the development of energy-saving technology,aiming at the problem of large energy consumption in traditional copper smelting methods,the following research is carried out on the design of copper smelting methods based on energy-saving technology.Firstly,energy-saving burners are used to replace the traditional coal burners,and clean energy is used to replace the traditional non renewable energy,so as to reduce the transmission pressure of fuel supply.Secondly,combined with the copper smelting process,the energy-saving dual-mode switching mode is introduced,the converter cycle smelting function is set,and various fuel supply modes are adjusted.Finally,the design of comparative experiments is used to verify that this method can effectively reduce energy consumption in practical application.Therefore,in the later development,the application of energy-saving technology in copper smelting method should be increased.
