某尾矿库闭库后潜在的风险分析及安全管理措施

尾矿库闭库是指将达到设计要求最终堆积高度,必须停止使用的尾矿库以及一些不得不停止使用的危库或者险库。为避免闭库后,尾矿库出现安全问题,应该针对存在的风险制定出合理有效的管理措施。笔者通过分析尾矿闭库后可能存在的安全风险,并提出了一系列安全管理措施。

The closure of tailing pond refers to the tailing pond that will reach the final stacking height required by the design and must be stopped from use,as well as some dangerous or dangerous reservoirs that have to be stopped from use.In order to avoid the safety problems of the tailings pond after the closure of the pond,we should formulate reasonable and effective management measures for the existing risks.The author analyzes the possible safety risks after the closure of tailings pond,and puts forward a series of safety management measures.
