| 摘 要： | 基于液压动力头钻机,研究了一套钻进参数监控系统,可实现对钻进过程中多项参数的在线监测及实时显示,针对施工过程中参数的异常变化提供报警信息,可有效减少钻孔事故的发生。系统配置数据存储功能模块,可统计主要钻进参数随钻深的变化规律。

| Abstract: | Based on the hydraulic top drive drilling machine,a set of drilling parameter monitoring system is studied,which can realize on-line monitoring and real-time display of many parameters in the process of drilling,provide alarm information for abnormal changes of parameters in the process of construction,and effectively reduce the occurrence of drilling accidents.The system is equipped with data storage function module,which can count the change rule of main drilling parameters with drilling depth. |
