机械制图一体化在金属加工设备运行中的应用

摘    要:传统金属加工设备存在持续运行连贯性较差的缺陷,以此开展了基于机械制图一体化技术的金属加工设备运行设计。引入积木式机体安装方法,设计金属加工设备运行机体,设计设备加工金属过程,控制金属加工设备电气运行方式,设计设备固焊流程。提出对比实验,验证提出设备可提升金属加工设备运行的连贯性,更具备市场经济效益。

Abstract:The traditional metal processing equipment has the defect of poor continuity in continuous operation,so the operation design of metal processing equipment based on the integration technology of mechanical drawing is carried out.This paper introduces the installation method of building block type body,designs the operation body of metal processing equipment,designs the metal processing process of equipment,controls the electrical operation mode of metal processing equipment,and designs the fixed welding process of equipment.A comparative experiment is proposed to verify that the proposed equipment can improve the continuity of metal processing equipment operation,and has more market economic benefits.
