摘    要:钛合金因具高韧性、耐腐蚀性能好、强度高、焊接能力好的优势而逐渐被应用于我国海洋和船舶领域,对我国科技发展和科技强国有积极的促进作用。本文以三维有限元模拟试验为基础,分析了斜轧穿孔温度对钛合金显微组织和性能的影响,结果表明:在单相变形区内,钛合金的流动应力和应变速率变化范围较小,在单相区1050℃和1100℃内均能顺利完成斜轧穿孔试验,在两相区950℃内无法完成斜轧穿孔试验,最终确定该类钛合金的斜轧穿孔温度为1050℃。

Abstract:Titanium alloy is gradually applied to the marine and ship fields of our country because of its advantages of high toughness,good corrosion resistance,high strength and good welding ability,which has a positive effect on the development of science and technology and the scientific and technological power of our country.Based on the three-dimensional finite element simulation test,the effect of oblique rolling perforation temperature on the microstructure and performance of titanium alloy is analyzed,and the results show that the flow stress and strain rate of titanium alloy change is small in the single-phase deformation zone,and the rolling perforation test can be successfully completed in the single-phase zone at 1050 ℃ and 1100 ℃.The oblique rolling perforation test could not be completed within the two-phase zone at 950 degrees C,and the sloped rolling perforation temperature of the titanium alloy was finally determined to be 1050 ℃.
