基于CAXA的金属零件编程方法研究

摘    要:金属零件的加工环节一直是数控车加工中的重难点,尤其是对于一些结构复杂的零件更是费工费力。同时,传统的手工编程的方法涉及到了大量的计算,引入了误差因素,容易造成零件超差甚至报废。针对这一问题,通过创建CAXA数控车模型,设计出一种基于CAXA的金属零件编程方法。实验结果表明,新的方法在一定程度上提高了金属零件生产的工作效率,并且进一步实现了数控加工的自动化,为数控车编程的发展提供技术上的支持。

Abstract:The processing of metal parts has always been a key and difficult point in CNC machining,especially for some parts with complex structure.At the same time,the traditional manual programming method involves a large number of calculations and introduces error factors,which is easy to cause parts out of tolerance or even scrap.To solve this problem,a kind of metal part programming method based on CAXA is designed by creating CAXA numerical control lathe model.The experimental results show that the new method improves the working efficiency of metal parts production to a certain extent,and further realizes the automation of NC machining,and provides technical support for the development of NC lathe programming.
