摘    要:本文主要阐述了采用ICP-MS电感耦合等离子质谱法对太阳能热水系统及其组件铜基材料中的Hg、As、Sn等22种杂质元素的含量进行同时检测的方法。并从仪器参数漂移影响以及各种复杂背景干扰排除两方面对检测方法的适用性进行了讨论,从而为从事此方面检测的人员提供了一种快捷、方便、准确地完成该类检测工作的思路。

Abstract:In this paper,ICP-MS inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(icp-ms-icp-ms)was used to detect 22 kinds of impurity elements such as Hg,as and Sn in solar water heating system and its components.The applicability of the detection method is discussed from the aspects of the influence of instrument parameter drift and the elimination of various complex background interferences,so as to provide a quick,convenient and accurate way for the personnel engaged in the detection.
