金属材料热处理的节能工艺探究

摘    要:在金属材料进行热处理的过程中,往往会遇到能耗过大等问题,这些问题大大增加了热处理过程中的成本,处理不当的话还会造成资源浪费和环境污染。因此,笔者从金属材料热处理过程中常用的节能工艺出发,首先介绍了当下金属热处理的节能技术的现状,并全面对新型节能技术的应用进行介绍与探究。

Abstract:In the process of heat treatment of metal materials,problems such as excessive energy consumption are often encountered.These problems greatly increase the cost in the heat treatment process.Improper handling will also cause waste of resources and environmental pollution.Therefore,starting from the energy-saving technology commonly used in the heat treatment process of metal materials,the author first introduces the common problems in the current metal heat treatment process,and comprehensively introduces and explores the application effect of energy-saving technology.
