石灰计量螺旋的结构改造探讨

摘    要:石灰计量螺旋输送介质为石灰,两侧为盘根填料密封形式,因石灰大小不均、硬度较大且含有大量石灰粉,螺旋的不稳定性及石灰粉对盘根填料的磨损非常大,导致两端盘根填料处石灰粉泄漏非常严重,而且盘根使用周期极短。针对此种情况,对石灰计量螺旋的结构进行研究并加以改造,解决了石灰粉泄漏的问题。

Abstract:The conveying medium for the lime metering screw is lime,which is sealed on both sides as packing filler.Due to the uneven size and hardness of the lime and the large amount of lime powder,the instability of the screw and the wear of the lime powder on packing seal is very large,resulting in serious leakage of lime powder and shortening life cycle of the packing.In this case,the structure of the lime metering screw was studied and modified to solve the problem of lime powder leakage.
