氧化铝生产中细小杂质的控制方法研究

摘    要:随着我国工业快速发展,作为工业原材料之一的氧化铝的需求也在不断增加,但是当前氧化铝生产过程中会存在细小的杂质,影响氧化铝生产质量和等级,为此提出氧化铝生产中细小杂质的控制方法研究。研究氧化铝生产中细小杂质的控制方法,通过对氧化铝进行析出沉淀、电解分离和活性炭吸附三个步骤,控制氧化铝生产过程中产生的细小杂质。从而提高氧化铝制品的质量、性能、美观和等级,避免使用过程中发生安全事故。通过实验论证分析,对比本文提出的氧化铝生产中细小杂质的控制方法与传统控制方法,控制氧化铝生产中细小杂质存在率,从而证明本文提出的氧化铝生产中细小杂质的控制方法有效。

Abstract:With the rapid development of China's industry,the demand for alumina,as one of the industrial raw materials,is also increasing.However,there will be small impurities in the production process of alumina,which will affect the quality and grade of alumina production.Therefore,the control method of small impurities in alumina production is proposed.The control method of fine impurities in alumina production was studied.The fine impurities in alumina production were controlled by precipitation,electrolytic separation and activated carbon adsorption.So as to improve the quality,performance,beauty and grade of alumina products and avoid safety accidents in use.Through the experimental demonstration and analysis,the control method of fine impurities in alumina production proposed in this paper is compared with the traditional control method to control the existence rate of small impurities in alumina production,which proves that the control method of small impurities in alumina production proposed in this paper is effective.
