碘量法测定金精矿中的铜

摘    要:金精矿是黄金冶炼的重要原料,随着资源的开发,矿石的选矿工艺多样化,金精矿的成分越来越复杂,准确测定其中的铜对于提高金精矿综合利用有着重要的意义。建立新的金精矿分析方法,试料经盐酸、硝酸分解,重点考察了钒铬锰的干扰,用饱和乙酸铵溶液调节滴定pH值,用氟化物消除铁干扰,加入适量的碘化钾,立即用硫代硫酸钠标准滴定溶液滴定,将近滴定终点时,加入指示剂淀粉溶液。铜的含量根据消耗硫代硫酸钠标准滴定溶液来计算。并对2.00%~25.00%的样品进行了多次测定,RSD在0.19%~1.22%间,表明方法适用于金精矿的测定,准确度高,精密度好。

Abstract:Gold concentrate is an important raw material for gold smelting.With the development of resources and the diversification of ore processing technology,the composition of gold concentrate becomes more and more complex.Accurate determination of copper in gold concentrate is of great significance to improve the comprehensive utilization of gold concentrate.A new analytical method of gold concentrate was established.The test sample was decomposed by hydrochloric acid and nitric acid.The interference of vanadium,chromium,manganese was mainly investigated.The pH value of titration was adjusted by saturated ammonium acetate solution.The interference of iron was eliminated by fluoride.A proper amount of potassium iodide was added.The standard titration solution of sodium thiosulfate was immediately titrated.The indicator starch solution was added near the end of titration.The content of copper is calculated according to the consumed sodium thiosulfate standard titration solution.The RSD of 2.00%~25.00%samples is between 0.19%~1.22%,which shows that the method is suitable for the determination of gold concentrate with high accuracy and precision.
