槽内衬侧部块上抬分析

摘    要:针对铝电解槽生产中普遍存在的槽内衬侧部块上抬这一现象进行深入分析,通过对内衬结构形式的优化,以避免液体电解质进入侧部块结构中,从而解决侧块上抬这一困扰铝电解生产的难题.其目的是降低由于侧部块上抬造成铝电解槽的早期破损,为企业增产节能提供参考.

Abstract:In order to avoid the liquid electrolyte entering into the side block structure and solve the problem of the side block lifting,this paper analyzes the phenomenon that the side block lifting of the cell lining is common in the production of aluminum electrolytic cell.Its purpose is to reduce the early damage of aluminum electrolytic cell caused by the lifting of side block,and provide reference for the production and energy saving of enterprises.
