尾砂胶结充填采矿法在金属非金属矿山的运用研究

充填采矿法根据回采工作面推进情况,应用充填材料对采空间进行充填的方式,而充填是回采中重要的工序,可以有效控制地压,根据充填材料、输送方式可以分类成干砂、废石类的干式充填采矿法,尾砂、碎石类的水力充填采矿法,尾砂、碎石配合水尼胶凝材料的胶结充填采矿法。本文对尾砂胶结充填采矿法在金属非金属矿山的开采情况进行分析,对尾砂胶结充填工作进行分析,对矿山开采发展有着广阔的前景。

According to the advancing situation of the working face,the filling method is used to fill the mining space.Filling is an important working procedure in the mining,which can effectively control the ground pressure.According to the filling material and conveying method,it can be classified into dry filling mining method of dry sand and waste rock,hydraulic filling mining method of tailings and crushed stone,tailing and crushed stone combined with hydraulic rubber Cemented filling mining method for cemented materials.This paper analyzes the mining situation of tailing cemented filling method in metal and nonmetal mines,analyzes the work of tailing cemented filling,and has a broad prospect for mining development.
