浅谈化工耐蚀新金属材料开发应用

近年来,我国化工行业在不断发展和进步,化工设备也随之增多。为了生产更多化工设备,需要大量的不锈钢,但单纯使用不锈钢并不能满足化工设备的生产要求。所以,冶金部门开始进行相关的金属研究,积极发展节镍带镍耐蚀钢,同时也开发了各类节约技术、非金属代用材料等,解决了化工设备生产中对材料的需求问题。本文主要就化工耐蚀金金属材料的开发与应用进行了相关的阐述和分析。

In recent years,China's chemical industry has continued to develop and progress,and chemical equipment has also increased.In order to produce more chemical equipment,a large amount of stainless steel is needed,but the use of stainless steel alone cannot meet the production requirements of chemical equipment.Therefore,the metallurgical department began to conduct related metal research,actively develop nickel-saving and nickel-corrosion-resistant steels,and also developed various saving technologies and non-metal substitute materials,etc.,which solved the demand for materials in the production of chemical equipment.This article mainly expatiates and analyzes the development and application of chemical resistant gold metal materials.
