| Abstract: | The paper analyzed some existing issues which need improving in relation to construc- tion, management and government decision-making procedures in Suzhou and discusses six im- plications of digitization of Suzhou and its four advantages. In the end, the author comes up with basic strategies to build up a digital Suzhou from the standpoints of organization, publicity, imple- mentation, development, evaluation and application. |
