| 摘 要： | 本文以聚醚多元醇和甲苯二异氰酸酯为原料．用多元醇和芳香族二胺为扩链剂和交联剂，添加反应型阻燃剂及其它配合剂，制备了阻燃型双组份无溶剂聚氨酯密封胶粘剂，通过控制阻燃剂的用量来调节该胶的操作时间．并且考察了环境温度及催化剂种类等对该胶操作时间的影响，固化时间对该胶剪切强度的影响，以及应用情况。

| Abstract: | 篧ith hydroiyl - terminated polyether and toluene diisocyanate as raw materials, polyols and aro-matic diamine as chain extender and crosslinking agent,the title sealant can be synthesized by adding reactive flame retardant and some other auxiliaries.Operating time of this sealant can be adjusted through the control of the flame retardant amount.Effects of temperature and catalyst system on the operating time;as well as curing time on shear strength, were studied. Application situations of the ad-hesive were presented. |
