钢铁企业能源管理系统的开发与应用

摘    要:为提升整体基础能源管理水平,济钢构建了钢铁企业基础能源管理系统。系统分为接口管理、计划过程、分析预测、调度运行、系统设置5大模块,分别运用计算机数据分析技术,从基本业务和异常业务正反两个角度做了设计,实现了能源采集和ERP系统的数据通讯,工序能源发生量、使用量、放散量的自动统计,能源管制日报、能源产供计划、统计等报表的自动生成,主要能耗指标的自动计算及能源管控系统运行的一体化管理等功能。

Abstract:In order to promote whole management level of basic energy resource,Jinan Steel constructed the iron and steel enterprise basic energy management system.The system divided into five modules,that is,the interface management,plan process,analysis forecast,dispatching operation and system configuration.It designed the modules by the data analysis technology from both basic service and unusual service,realizing many functions:the data communication of energy gathering and the ERP system;the automatic statistics of the occurrence amount,used amount and bleeding amount of in process energy;the automatic creation of the energy control daily report,energy production and supply plan and statistical report etc;the automatic calculation of main energy consumption indexes and the integrated management of the energy management and control system running.
