生化—物化法处理屠宰废水

摘    要:详细研究一屠宰废水的水质特性,确定了以加压生化+化学混凝为主导工艺的屠宰废水处理方法。实验证明在最佳条件下处理屠宰废水,CODcr去除率在92%以上、BOD5去除率在90%以上、出水pH在7-9之间、SS(固体悬浮物)去除率在98%以上、NH3-N去除率在45%以上、油脂去除率100%,且运行稳定,各项指标均可达到肉类加工工业水污染物排放一级标准。

Abstract:The characteristic of slaughter wastewater is studied in this paper. It settles the treatment mainly by bio -chemical method under raised pressure combined with Chemical coagulation process. The experiment proves under optimum conditions, the removal efficiency of CODer is more than 92%, the removal efficiency of BODs is more than 90%, the pH of effluent is between 7 and 9, the removal efficiency of SS, NH3 -N and oil are 98% 45% and 100% respectively. The running process is stable and the properties of effluent reach the first grade discharge standard of meat working industry wastewater.
