摘    要:以环烷酸镍为催化剂(三异丁基铝为助催化剂),对聚丁二烯(PB)进行了加氢模试实验,初步探讨了苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)选择性催化加氢反应的机理。通过核磁共振谱图解析,得出以下结论:在环烷酸镍催化条件下,丁二烯1,2-聚合物很容易加氢;丁二烯1,4-聚合物加氢较难。可以推断,SBS中的PB段在催化加氢时也符合同样的规律。

Abstract:The mechanism of hydrogenation to styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer (SBS) was investigated by the experiment of hydrogenation to polybutadiene (PB), nickel naphthenate as the catalyst, triisobutyl aluminium as the promoter. It was concluded that the hydrogenation to 1,2-polybutadiene was complete and the to 1,4-polybutadiene, only partial, under the action of nickel naphthenate by analysis spectra of nuclear magnetic resonance. It could be inferred that the hydrogenation to PB section in SBS was with the above conclusions.
