盐制女贞子化学成分的UPLC-Q/TOF MS鉴定研究

摘    要:采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱(UPLC-Q/TOF MS)技术对盐制前后不同形状女贞子的化学成分进行分析,并探讨差异性成分之间的变化规律。采用高效液相色谱法条件:Sharpsil-H C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液梯度洗脱,柱温25 ℃;流速1 mL/min;进样量5 μL。质谱条件:AB Sciex Triple TOF 5600高分辨串联质谱仪,ESI离子源,正离子与负离子模式下扫描。通过正、负离子质谱信息及元素组成分析,在女贞子肾形生品、肾形盐制品、圆形生品、圆形盐制品的潜在离子中,分别推定出19、21、28、24个化合物。通过UPLC-Q/TOF MS技术,为不同形状的女贞子盐制前后的化学成分分析建立了灵敏度高、分离度高和分析速度快的分析方法,也证明了不同形状的女贞子存在差异性成分,经盐制后成分也存在变化,为后续质量控制和药理研究提供研究基础。
