摘    要:随着海上风电的规模化发展,其运行过程中造成的海洋生态失衡问题日益显著,研究海洋电磁环境约束下的集电系统规划具有重要意义。文中以大型海上风电场集电系统全寿命周期成本最小作为优化目标,建立经济模型以研究影响海底电磁环境的海缆感应磁场分布特性,并设置约束限值。同时从海洋电磁环境、经济成本、可靠性等方面对规划方案进行多方博弈评估,以得到考虑经济性、亲环境性和可靠性的最优规划方案。算例分析结果表明,在集电系统规划中考虑电磁环境约束对优化结果具有显著影响。

Abstract:With the large-scale development of offshore wind power, the marine ecological imbalance caused by the wind farming operation is getting serious gradually, so it is of great significance to study the optimization of the collector system under environment restriction. In this paper, the whole-life-cycle cost of the collection system is taken as an objective, and the economic model is built to study the features of sea-cable magnetic field, which causes damage to the submarine electromagnetic environment, and a magnetic constraint value is set. In addition, the multi-party game evaluation of planning schemes is conducted from the respects of marine electromagnetic environment, economic cost and reliability, and the optimal planning scheme is obtained with economics, environment-friendly and reliability. The case analysis results indicate that the environmental constraint has an obvious influence on the optimal planning results.
