广西百色水库灌区长距离输水管道设计研究

摘    要:百色水库灌区工程是"十三五"期间规划建设的172项重大水利工程之一,是我国在丘陵地区建设的长距离、全封闭、压力管道输水的灌区工程中面积最大的现代化节水灌区工程。管道线路长,工作压力大,穿过地质活动断裂带。管道选型、结构受力状态、穿过断裂带的防断措施值得研究。本文采用综合性能评分法进行比较分析,决定常规地段大管径首选PCCP,小管径首选球墨铸铁管,并提出备选管型和特殊地段管型。基于细致的模型,采用非线性有限元法分析了PCCP复合结构在制造期、回填、运行过程中的力学状态,评价其承载能力,并提出改善砂浆层抗裂能力的材料性能建议,提出在满足强度等级要求的前提下优先采用低弹性模量的砂浆层。为解决大口径刚性管道穿越的地质活动断裂带的抗断问题,提出挠性卡箍接头连接措施。本文的研究成果对今后兴建此类工程具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:Baise Reservoir Irrigation Area Project is one of 172 major water projects planned and constructed during the 13th Five-Year Plan of China. It is the largest modern water-saving irrigation project which is constructed in China hilly area with the characteristics of long-distance,fully enclosed and pipeline pressure conveying. The long-distance pipeline is working in high inner pressure and constructed through geologically active fault zone. Pipeline type selection, structural stress state and anti-breaking measures through fracture zone are worth studying. In this paper, the comprehensive performance scoring method is used for pipe type selection. PCCP is the first choice for large diameter pipe and ductile iron pipe for small diameter pipe. The alternative type and types for special section are proposed. Based on detailed model,the mechanical state of composite PCCP during manufacturing, backfilling and operation is analyzed by using non-linear finite element method, and its bearing capacity is evaluated. Suggestions on improving the crack resistance of mortar layers are put forward. It is suggested that low elastic modulus mortar layers be adopted when satisfying the strength grade requirements. In order to ensure large diameter rigid pipeline safety when crossing geological active fault zone, the connecting measures of flexible clamp joint are put forward. The research results of this paper have important reference value for future construction of such projects.
