摘    要:在智能电网调度领域已有技术成果的基础上,提出构建新一代调控系统预调度架构,以期实现调控运行人员对电网运行未来态势变化和运行风险的准确掌控。首先,分析了预调度的宏观需求,介绍了预调度的概念和作用。然后,提出了预调度总体目标,并给出了预调度功能和技术体系框架,主要包括电网趋势数据生成、预调度核心计算和电网趋势风险分析等环节。在此基础上,结合电网调度领域的技术现状,指出了实现预调度需解决的核心问题和需重点突破的4项关键技术。

Abstract:Based on the existing technical achievements in the field of smart grid dispatching, this paper proposes a pre-dispatching architecture of the new generation dispatching and control system, to accurately control the situation changes and operation risks of power grid operation in the future. Firstly, the macro-demands of pre-dispatching technology are analyzed, and the concept and role of pre-scheduling system are described. Then the overall goal of pre-dispatching system is put forward, and the function and technical framework of pre-dispatching system is given, mainly including the generation of power grid trend data, pre-dispatching core calculation and trend risk analysis of power grid. On this basis, the key problems to be solved in realizing pre-scheduling and four key technologies are put forward with the consideration of technical status in the field of power grid dispatching.
