| 摘 要： | 芍陂创建于春秋中期,目前已经历时2600多年,比都江堰和郑国渠还要早300多年,至今仍在发挥灌溉和防洪效益,是我国陂塘型灌溉工程的典范。唐代以后至今,芍陂又被称为安丰塘。关于芍陂何时被称为安丰塘,又为何被称为安丰塘,至今学界仍无定论。本文尝试从安丰县(郡)行政区划建制沿革和历史社会变迁的角度,梳理分析安丰塘得名的时代和原因,并得出如下结论:安丰县从今河南固始县东南逐渐向今安徽霍邱、寿县方向迁徙,隋代以后,安丰县迁至芍陂西北堤附近,人们取"安丰"吉祥寓意,逐渐开始称芍陂为"安丰塘"。

| Abstract: | The Quebei Irrigation Project was built in the mid Spring and Autumn Period over 2, 600 years ago, more than 300 years earlier than the Dujiangyan and the Zhengguo Canal Irrigation System. Up to now, it still produces irrigation and flood control benefits, which is a model of pond-type irrigation projects in China. It was renamed as Anfeng Pond after Tang Dynasty. There is no consisitency conclusion on when and why the Quebei Irrigation Project was renamed as Anfeng Pond. This paper attempts to analyze the time and causes for the name of Anfeng Pond with respect to the evolution of the administrative division system and social historic changes. The results showed that Anfeng County gradually moved from the southeast part of Gushi County in Henan Province to Huoqiu County and Shou County in Anhui Province. After Sui Dynasty, Anfeng County moved around to the northwest dike of Quebei Irrigation Project. People took the lucky moral of "Anfeng" and renamed the Quebei Irrigation Project as "Anfeng Pond". |
