超深井中高粘重质原油有杆泵开采及配套工艺技术研究

摘    要:塔河油田奥陶系油藏属于超深井重质原油油藏,原油粘度高、密度大,采用普通有杆泵进行开采时存在诸多问题,为此开展了抽稠泵、优化设计、故障诊断、井筒降粘等多项配套工艺技术的研究和应用,确保了有杆泵开采的正常运行。

Abstract:The superdeep Ordovician reservoir in Tahe oilfield is a heavy oil one. Due to the problems existent in rod pumping caused by high-viscosity and high-density crude oil, the studies have been done on heavy oil pump, optimization design, accident diagnosis and hole viscosity break methods etc to ensure the normal operation of rod pumping.
