| 摘 要： | 软弱地基及超软弱地基上,海堤建筑存在稳定性差、工期长、无法机械化快速大规模施工、堤身土石方堆不上去、堵口合拢困难等问题.经调查研究、观测分析、模型试验和工程实践,形成一套新的堤坝快速构筑施工方法与工艺.根据软基和堤坝的变化规律,打破传统软基堤坝中被动控制的设计施工方法.统筹兼顾软基承载力与快速筑堤过程中的时间、空间关系,处理好安全、经济、高效的关系,取得了明显效益.适用于围海、港口、路基、码头、人工岛等建筑.具有工期短,速度快,造价低,安全可靠等特点.
