煤制油污水带油解决方案

摘    要:针对煤制油装置的污水存在严重乳化的问题,分析了污水乳化及难以破乳的原因,通过采用EC2005A破乳剂,使污水中的油品脱除率由6.75%提高到40.57%,同时用于汽提塔加热的蒸汽消耗由35t/h降到30t/h。

Abstract:There was a serious emulsion problem in the effluent from the coal-to-liquid plant.The cause of the effluent emulsion problem was analyzed,so was the reason why the emulsion was hard to break.By adopting the EC2055A emulsion breaker,the oil content in the effluent could be brought down and the oil removing efficiency could be increased from 6.75% to 40.57%,in the mean time,the steam consumption of the stripping column could be decreased from 35t/h down to 30t/h.
