改质沥青液下泵存在的问题及改进措施

针对山西焦化股份有限公司焦油加工装置改质沥青液下泵故障频发,严重影响改质沥青装置稳定运行,致使焦油加工装置不能满负荷运行的问题,分析了液下泵故障原因及改质沥青的特性,采取的措施是:将改质沥青液下泵由长轴泵改为短轴泵,并进一步优化短轴泵的结构,从根本上解决了沥青液下泵制约生产的瓶颈问题,从而保证改质沥青系统的稳定运行。
