| 摘 要： | 针对高压电机过电保护器爆裂短路后,仍可进行断路器合闸操作的事故进行了原因分析,在不影响断路器各项功能的前提下,通过在断路器的合闸控制回路中增加事故闭锁环节,即可保证供电系统的安全运行。

| Abstract: | A circuit breaker could be closed without inspection and treatment on the high voltage switch cabinet in emergency cases.Such a misoperation could easily give rise to a secondary accident or cause even worse consequence.It is a great hidden danger for the safe operation of the 10kV power supply system.This danger could be avoided by adding an accident latching link to the control circuit of the circuit breaker without affecting various functions of the breaker. |
