摘    要:目前焦化厂煤气中的苯大多采用焦油洗油洗涤的方法进行溶解吸收,然后通过脱苯塔进行过热蒸汽解析回收。工艺虽然成熟,但是生产吨苯的洗油消耗一般在70kg~100kg,生产成本相应提高。通过对油水分离器、控制分离器、再生器进行改造,可严格控制终冷器后煤气温度和脱苯塔水采出口温度,生产吨苯消耗洗油可降至30kg,有效降低了生产成本。

Abstract:Benzene in the coke oven gas are dissolved and absorbed by tar wash oil and recycled with the superheated steam in the de-benzene tower.Proven as the process is,70kg-100kg wash oil has to be consumed to produce 1t benzene,therefore,the production cost is rather high.By revamping the oil-water separator,the control separator and the regenerator,and by strictly control the gas temperature after the final cooler and the outlet temperature of the de-benzene tower,the consumption of 30kg of wash oil to produce 1...
