摘    要:实现食品安全的重要因素是基础农产品的供应链安全机制的保证,基于RFID技术的农产品包装的追踪与溯源是有效的实施办法.通过在整个农产品供应链中实施HACCP,确定实现追踪溯源的必要条件和分析存在问题,因此,基于RFID农产品包装的追踪与溯源是我国食品安全的关键技术,将对我国21世纪农业的健康发展和社会稳定意义深远.

Abstract:The most important factor of food safety is the realization of basic agricultural products supply chain assurance. The agricultural product packaging tracing and tracking mechanism based on RFID is an effective method. Through the implementation of HACCP, meeting the requirements of tracing and tracking process and analysis of RFID existing difficulties, it was concluded that the application of RFID technology to agricultural products packaging is quite critical to the foodstuff safety of our country, and will plays important role in the agricultural development and 21st century society stability.
