三元复合载体催化剂的加氢脱芳性能研究

摘    要: 制备不同配比的TiO2-ZrO2-SiO2三元复合载体并对其加氢脱芳性能进行了比较。XRD表征结果表明,采用溶胶-凝胶法制得的不同摩尔配比的三元复合载体均具有一定的晶型结构、较大的比表面积孔径和孔体积。在反应温度320 ℃、压力3 MPa、体积空速2 h-1、氢油体积比为500的条件下,n(Ti):n(Zr):n(Si)为3:1:4的复合载体催化剂的加氢脱芳效果最佳,脱芳率为82.51%。

Abstract:A series of compounded oxide supports with various Ti/Zr/Si molar ratios was prepared by sol¬-gel method and the hydrodearomatization performances of these catalysts were compared. The XRD analysis reveals that all these compounded oxide supports possess relatively high surface area, pore diameter and pore volume; certain crystallized structures are detected as well. Results show that catalyst prepared by support having Ti/Zr/Si molar ratios of 3:1:4 exhibits the best hydrodearomatization performance; under the conditions of a reaction temperature of 320℃, a reaction pressure of 3.0 MPa, a H2/oil volume ratio of 500 and a LHSV of 2 h-1, the aromatics removal rate reaches 82.51%.
