多晶硅绒面电池正面电极的研究

摘    要:本文主要通过不同银浆在多晶硅片上电性能、欧姆接触的对比,研究多晶硅电池正面电极的结构及特点。正面电极与硅的接触在影响串联电阻和并联电阻方面起着明显的作用,反过来决定太阳电池的电性能。优良的正面电极接触结构通常是正银浆料的化学性质、玻璃体和烧结曲线共同作用、影响的。正银浆料内的玻璃体由银粉扩散进硅的纯度决定,该玻璃体通过其组成成分和银粉与硅之间的厚度来控制串联电阻,并联电阻。

Abstract:This paper is to study the structure and property of front contact on Multi-Crystal cell through comparsion of efficiency and ohmic contact between two paste for front contact . The front contact between paste and Si is taken important roles on Rs and Rsh, whereas determining efficiency of the colar cell.
