接枝PP/PET共混物的结构与性能

摘    要:采用PP接枝马来酰亚胺(PP-g-MI)与PET熔融共混,用DSC,PLM,SEM等方法对共混物进行表征,结果表明,随着PP-g-MI接枝率的增加,共混物中PET的冷结晶温度降低,PP-g-MI与PET的相容性较PP与PET的相容性有了大幅度提高,同时PP-g-MI改善了PET的结晶性能,接枝PP在PET连续相中分散均匀,粒子尺寸小,分散相互连续相之间有较好的粘接作用。

STRUCTURES AND PROPERTIES OF GRAFTED PP/PET BLENDS
Abstract:The structure and properties of grafted PP/PET blends are characterized by the methods of DSC, PLM and SEM in this paper. The result showed the cold crytalline temperature of PET dropps with the increase, of the degree of PP-g-MI in PET/PP-g-MI blende system. We find that the compatibility of PP-g-MI/PET was raised greater than that of PP/PET, and the PET crystalline property was modified by PP-g-MI. PP-g-MI is farly well-distributed in continuous phase of PET in form of small particles. It indicates that the adhesive force between PET and PP-g-MI is strong.
