| 摘 要： | 通过对ＦＤＹ工艺参数的合理调整，在Ｂａｒｍａｇ公司ＦＤＹ设备上试生产出ＦＤＹ有色丝，生产状况稳定，满卷率达到８５％以上。色母粒干燥利用现有ＦＤＹ干燥风源。组件起始压力通过调整组件装砂量达到１５ＭＰａ。同时，经过改变卷绕超喂量，达到满意的卷装成形。

| Abstract: | Colored Polyester FDY fiber prepared with Barmag FDY equipment was suggested. Through adjusting the process parameters, full package percentage can get over 85%. Outlet wind of FDY dryer for chips can be used for drying color masterbatch. Spinpack initial pressure increases by 15 MPa through changing the quantity of sea sand into block. And the satisfied package shaping is supported by the proper winding overfeed. |
