| Abstract: | The key measures to guarantee the quality of the mass-produced as-cast ferrite nodular iron manifolds reaching and surpassing cummins specifications were introduced.The measures included:adopting special melting charge,special nodulizing alloy and inoculant ,optimizing chemical composi-tion of molten iron,accurately weighing,strictly controlling key production processes such as nodulizing treatment ,pouring and inoculation. |
