电动机起动性能的研究

摘    要:针对三相交流异步电动机的软起动问题,给出了一种用单片机、步进电机、多圈电位器组成的软起动装置,分析了软起动装置的工作原理、硬件组成及试验结果.这种软起动装置除了可以提高电动机起动时的功率因素,进一步减小起动电流及电网压降,还可以有效地消除常用软起动电路中的高次谐波并且可以方便地实现无级调压.特别适合于对调压精度、运行平稳性有较高要求的中小型三相交流异步电动机的起动.

Abstract:Exchange to the soft start problem of three phases asynchronous motor, provide one soft start device using one-chip computer, stepper motor and multiturn potentiometer ,and has analysed such soft operation principle, hardware making up and the result of testing, This kind of device can improve motor start power factor when starting, can reduce further little start current and electrical network press fall, can also dispel the higher harmonic in start circuit and can realize stepless voltage regulation conveniently, It is especially suitable for the starting of three - phase asynchronous motor that has higher performance requirement for voltage regulating and stationary.
