中小型城市中心区规划研究——以昆山市北部片区中心区为例

目前,我国大多数中小型城市中心区正处于商业职能与商务职能混合的发展阶段.昆山市北部片区中心区规划以行政、商业、商务中心为内核,以文化、展示中心和居住社区为外缘,为各功能区寻找最佳区位,构建多元化、复合的城市空间,形成"一核、两片、五区、六轴"的空间结构,以塑造充满活力的中心区.

A Study on the Plan of Urban Centers for Small and Medium-sized Cities--With the Planning of the Northern Block Center in Kunshan City as an Example

Presently most of the urban centers of small and medium-sized cities in China are at their development stage during which the commercial function is mixed up with the business function. The planning of the northern block center of Kunshan takes the administration, commerce and business centers as its core and the cultural and exhibition centers and residential communities as its outer margin, trying to find the best location for each func- tional region, forming a diversified and multiple ur- ban space and a spatial structure of "one core, two blocks, five districts and six axes" in order to cre- ate a center full of vitality.
