国内外先进陶瓷材料加工技术的进展

摘    要:随着先进陶瓷材料的开发和应用,陶瓷材料的加工技术受到人们的普遍观注,本文查阅了近二十年来有关的文献资料,对国内外陶瓷材料加工技术的研究成果进行了系统地综述,并着重从材料的去除机理,优质高效加工新工艺及加工工艺装备三方面介绍了陶瓷材料的切削加工,磨削加工,研磨,抛光和孔加工技术的进展。

Abstract:As the progress of advanced ceramic materials, there has been intense interest in developing the machining technique of ceramic material. On the basis of inquiring related references recent years, this paper has systematically described the machining technique progress of ceramic material at home and abroad. Cutting, grinding, lapping, polishing and hole machining technique of ceramic material have been emphasized in three aspects: material removal mechanism, high efficient machining technology with good quality and machine tools.
