| 摘 要： | 从自然发病或死亡的34只豚鼠的肝、脾、胆囊和肠系股淋巴结等分离出一种生物学性状完全相同的致病菌，经鉴定这些菌株具有相同的生化学和血清学特性．其抗原结构是6，8：r：1，5，属于沙门氏菌属的C2群的病牛沙门氏菌血清型。经病理检查证实该菌对豚鼠具有较强的致病性，能引起急性小肠炎、胆囊炎以及在单枚巨噬细胞系统有特征性伤寒样肉芽肿病变。本实验结果明确证实病牛沙门氏菌血清型是引起豚鼠沙门氏菌病兽疫流行的新病原之一。

| Abstract: | The pathogens with identical biological characters were isolated from theorgans (liver, spleen, gallbladder, mesenteric lymph nodes and so on ) of 34 naturallypathogenic or dead guinea pigs. Detection results showed that the pathogens were refered toSalmonella bovis morbthcans with identical biochemical and serological characters, and theantigenic structure of them were 6, 8: r: 1, 5. Pathological examination demonstrated theSalmonella bovis morbificans with strong pathogenicity. It could cause actue enteritis, cholecystitis and characterisitic typholdal granulomatous lesion of mononuclear-macrophage system in guinea pigs. We found that Salmonella bovis morbificans is one of the new pathogenscausing epidemic salmonellosis in guinea pigs. |
