| 摘 要： | 所制备的残余牛血清蛋白含量检测试剂盒，经试验表明具有较好的敏感性、特异性、稳定性和重复性。可检出疫苗中ng／ml含量的牛血清蛋白。该试剂盒使用简便、快速，现已广泛应用于有关生物制品中牛血清蛋白残余量的检测。

| Abstract: | A kit for detecting residual calf serum protein (RCSP) content was prepared by the authors. Experimental results of the kit showed good specificity,stability and reproducibility, and the sensitivity reached ng/ml level. Assay of RCSP using the kit was rapid and easy. It has been widely used for detecting the RCSP in biological products. |
