| 摘 要： | 通过有限元法理论计算、光弹试验，研究了滚子链链板理论应力集中系数问题。结果表明，链板理论应力集中系数与链板节距和外载荷大小无关，只与腰部宽度有关，并给出了按链板腰宽计算理论应力集中系数的算式。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the problem of the theoretical stress concentration factor of plate of roller chain has been studied systematically by the theoretical calculation of finite element method and photoelastic experiment.The study reveals that the theoretical stress concentration factor of chain plate pitch is irrelevant to the external load.It is dependent upon the waist width.The paper also gives calculation formula of the theoretical stress concentration factor according to the size of waist width of chain plate. |
