| 摘 要： | 工业化与信息化的融合是当前迫切任务胡锦涛总书记在党的十七大政治报告中指出：“全面认识工业化、信息化、城镇化、市场化、国际化深入发展的新形势、新任务”，“加快转变经济发展方式，推动产业结构优化升级。……发展现代产业体系，大力推进信息化与工业化融合，促进工业由大变强，……”。新的“两化融合”是要解决工业化与信息化“两张皮”问题，把信息化工作推向了一个新阶段。
